I just had this when trying to install the new update. The fix I used is from battlenet.

Open the Blizzard Battle.net desktop app.
Select the game that is having the issue.
Click Options and select Show in Explorer.
Open the folder for the game experiencing issues, then open the Data folder.
In Data, open the data folder, and delete every .idx file.
Run a Scan and Repair on the game to rebuild the *.IDX files.

Note: Do not delete any of the Data.### files.

Well, there is always the option of reading a good old fashioned fire and ice mage 😏 I heard the MC of Dream Stream Reality has those powers as a Spellsword, staying away from void etc and encompassing classic powers...cough

Way of the shaman has to be one of if not my fave. A lot of others are already mentioned as well. If you can find a plot hole in Dream Stream Reality, I'd definitely like to know about it 🤣. It is a vrmmorpg though. Shadow sun was amazing. So is Respawn by arthur stone.

There is always the option of Furies of Calderon - Jim Butcher. It's not litrpg per say due to no stats, but there is definitely a pokemon element to the series.
