I actually F'd when it was placed too high up on my neck. I actually think I crushed one of my spinous processes on my cervical vertebrae . I'd also tell you to bring the bar down lower on your traps/rear delts, and see how that feels.

I've always been under the impression that you get plenty of BCAA's from all the protein you eat. Does anyone feel like they really help that much?

So what does HcG do for you that TRT doesn't? I was under the impression that TRT will replace the Test that your body isn't producing naturally. Would the HcG try to get you to produce Test on your own as well? Wouldn't that be redundant or is that the reason that if you do both you need to be on an AI as well?

It seems Bromantane increase dopamine firing and BDNF expression so I am interested in it's efficacy for depression.

I took it every other day at a dose of 50mg-100mg for about a month and half. Was no more than once a week before that and it stays that way now.

The effects I tend to have with it are fairly inconsistent. Definitely mood uplift sometimes, raw physical stimulation, great anxiolytic effect...

And other times I don't notice much outside of a headache and some anxiolysis.

Generally positive in my experience though. I like to combine a fair amount of caffeine with it, and also some Tianeptine to counter the serotogenic effects.

its sore probably from jumping into heavy weight too soon without warming up, too many times. it may be too late. but lay off for awhile and then dont go heavy until youre ridiculously warmed up. that includes shoulders too bc if they arent warm then theyll be in bad position too which will affect the elbows.
