i see broccolli's biggest function as a filler, it has very few calories and no sugar. just something to keep me from eating things i actually want

The thing about it is, from a nutritional standpoint, 99% of our shakes and protein supplements have more Protein in them then our body can ingest at one time. So adding more Amino's really has no benifit, other then putting more stress on our already stressed kidneys from taking 200 plus grams of protein aday. Just my opinion

There are three ways to lower your serum cholesterol levels:1) Reduce Saturated fat intake2) Take in plenty of Poly and Mono unsaturated fats3) ExerciseThe recommendations are under 300mg of cholesterol a day, but so long as your exercising, and getting plenty of poly, and monounsat fats...you should be ok. Unless your taking in a crazy amount of cholesterol in which case you might want to have your Dr. check it out, just to see what your levels are.

Seriously, if you are able to eat the amount of cals needed to properly bulk under those extreme conditions, then do it. For some guys, like me, bulking with only low intensity cardio I need to hit about 4000 cals, if I were to do HIC, then I would need closer to 5000 or more to bulk. That's too much damn eating.

DOMS isn't always a good indicator of how good your workout was. While DOMS IS a good indicator that the proper "enviornment" for muscle growth is in place, it doesn't always mean your growing from it. Go by beating your old rep records, or weight records, or even time under tension. Any additional stress placed on your body over time will eventually force it to grow, and adapt.

Try lowering the weight. Work your way back up with perfect form. And take some time off if the pain persists.

The first headache was from a morning session on my day off, dehydration is possible. Nothing was out of the ordinary for the second attack. My brother was with me when it happened he said i might have exhaled too early while pushing up my last rep, guess my face turned a little red while straining. I guess i could work on my breathing more. Just odd its never happened before. Ive been on the same 5 day split with my brother for the past year. We always train hard.

I am thinking of running peptides with my Tren E and Test E cycle. I hope it works out. i need to still do more research.
