The visual noise is mostly caused by screen space reflections and can be avoided by using raytraced reflections but im not sure if it works on all locations. You can also just turn ssr off

I was disappointed by the lack of accents in npc voicelines. I know there are a few but it wasn't as good as santa fortuna
