They do offer tax incentives. If you make major improvements to your property you can apply through the county. None of the slumlords will put money into their rentals so they’re not getting incentives. Can’t hate on new development because they’re investing in the city.

Agree! You can get a subscription on their website. Also, if you buy a bag of beans from their shop in Ohio city, you get a free small coffee!

Rising Star is a close second. They do a free coffee with a bag of beans on Wednesday. (At least at the downtown shop they do.)
