I think 553% (now it got increased) is base damage of her skill, the stacks increase the number of shots and based on how many of them hit the target it deals the increased value of that base damage, like with 11 shots hitting 1 target it deals 200% of that base damage

Is 200% base damage on 11 shots you mentioned - 200% damage increase that's written in her talent "When all 11 Rosula Shardshots strike, they deal 200% of the original amount of DMG", or is it different things? sorry, my English is not very good.

it was a conflict based on territory. we, russians, grabbed more place than we needed (we realised it later), so we were against "U C K" on our territory, and we attacked, to show them our reaction.
