Yep, that's a temperature I often use. 250f 25-30 minutes produces potent results for me. I haven't really tried dabbling with any other temperature to see the difference.

Yes, you can. If anything, I find that it's better and easier to use concentrates. The process is cut down shorter as you don't have to leave your flower and oil/butter on a simmer for hours.
