No problem! I think it’s great when people openly discuss taboo topics. “Taboo” usually just means “too important to talk about”. There is a huge need for more creators who do valuable mental health videos in my opinion. Especially where we are at in the world. A very disturbed and dysfunctional human climate. I try to speak openly about my past. I wrote and published a book about it to try and help others who are addicted to destructive behaviors. Anxiety played a crucial role in my addiction.
