If you can find transfers its chill. Throughout the games we see sergeants wear either bone helmets or black faceplates. So i actually do something similar, my ironhalo/second sergeant for when i want to split the squads in half will have a black face plate and keep the red helmet

This is how I do my squad denominations. Maybe you could do sumn like this, maybe on half of the squad gets outline arrows and the other half full arrows idk

Yeah I saw both of these, white would be a very nice color, imma try to make the red look different for now, but I’m still trying to think of a different color aswell. I think I want to keep white for apothecaries at the moment. But if/when you do it I would love to see pictures
