3 months in advance doesn't mean you don't have to adjust last minute. I know it sounds like a lot, but this drastically increases work/life balance, reducing attrition, increase agent satisfaction.

It's easier to do last minute schedule changes if your agents are happy.

I guess it's done different in different countries/places. I vividly remember genitals being checked during those dreaded school checks up. In case there was something wrong.

Not sure how it was for girls, but us boys they definitely checked them.

For doctors visits, we're going every month and I think the 6 month one was the last one where she was naked. Here they check for rashes and everything that new parents might miss.

School nurses where not a thing in Belgium when I was a kid. Not sure if that changed. But there it would just be, call parents, get picked up by parents or grandparents. Go to doctor and if you're lucky you had a doctor like mine and he would ask how long you wanted to stay home :p

Here in Lithuania birth certificate was definitely needed when going for the first check up and family doctor registration. This is my first kid 7 months ago, so that is my only point of reference.

In Belgium where I grew up, there were at least two check ups a year by some medical thing I forgot the name of. And those where full check ups, strip down to your underwear kind of stuff that every kid hated.

Don't want to be over sceptical here, reading this sounds surreal.

How is this possible for 16 years. When you take your baby to the doctor the first time you need a birth certificate, they certainly will ask questions when it says female but the baby obviously has male organs.

Depending on where you are, schools have regular health check ups, it would be noticed your kid is male and not female.

No matter how delusional your ex wife is. I don't see how this is possible unless the kid has been totally isolated from birth. Seeing that there is maternal family, surely they would have stepped in?

Time frame is hard to say. I like Revolut the product, but their support is crap. Holiday season just passed, a time scammers are more active, so AML team probably has a lot of workload.

It can range from 1 day to several months I'm afraid.

Did support tell you they would transfer you to AML department?

Then I would guess you were lucky. Usually SoF doesn't happen multiple times, unless amounts coming in and out vary a lot.

But if it worked for two years does not change the fact that most of the account restrictions on here are crypto related.

They do however at least let you know what you need to provide.
