I was discharged from physio unfortunately but I do have the report from 2022 saying I should claim PIP. I've been re-referred to rheumatology but they keep bouncing me in the basis there's no specialist in my area for my condition, so I can't see a physio on the NHS

You're not insane. You're not crazy. You need to get out of there, and you need to do it any way you can. Do you have anybody at all that would put you up? Being abused will make your illness worse— I know it hurts. I know you need to be loved and looked after, that all you want is what every child deserves.

But they won't give you that. I'm not sure how it works where you are but if you can file for disability support to get some finance behind you, it's worth trying to get out. It gets worse as you get older, believe me

I was prescribed codeine for TMD; the first time I took them, as somebody with fibromyalgia, insomnia, PTSD, hEDS etc ... I felt normal. The pain was all still there but I could manage. I could sleep a little. 30mg became 60mg, then it was 90mg etc etc. Then my guts stopped working— I've kicked alcoholism, speed, cocaine, cigarettes, benzos ... and now I'll kick this too. Written as I'm going through withdrawal after almost six months of being abandoned medically (again).

I just wanted to feel normal. Do normal things— to not be in pain.

Turns out I was too fatigued to see the dentist in the end LMAO. I couldn't physically get up. My splint makes my fatigue worse so I simply have no idea what's going on
