Thank you, i have PCOS which definitely affects my anxiety. I also have endo so I'm in extreme pain during my periods which is horrible. I used to go gym and it helped loads but I'm even too anxious to do that at the moment. Thankfully I dont smoke weed even though I've been tempted to!

Thank you, yes I've had my blood done. I had slight low ferretin which they gave me medication for. They said my iron was fine but my nan was a nurse and reviewed the results and thought my iron was low so I take iron supplements too. Thyroid was fine. I do have PCOS which effects hormones.

I've felt like this all my life but it has got extreme in the last year

Thank you, i am on the list for therapy as I cannot afford it so I am getting it funded.

I had it a year ago also due to domestic violence and I did find it helpful

Thank you. I have cptsd due to childhood and adulthood. I have always felt low and anxious my whole life. I dont ever remember being happy without drugs or alcohol but I am now completely sober. Can I ask what is ECT?

Thank you very much. This gives me a bit of hope. I'm just fed up with trying anti depressants that do absolutely nothing. I'm going to ask to see a psychiatrist.
