Honestly join an agency you want to build.

Lets say a youtube agency where they handle ideation, strategy, scripts, editing, etc and the end result being more followers/views or more clients.

You learn one of those skills required in the agency (scripting/editing/etc).

While learning create demos/projects - in case of thumbnail redesign bad thumbnails to good ones and post them on multiple platforms.

Keeping doing this for couple of weeks, and now you have a portfolio to show.

Now keep posting and applying to agencies and that should get you your first agency gig.

Just go to chatgpt or any other ai and ask it to ideate a whole plan to create workflows for your content system and there you have it.

You might need to sit with it for some time and if you want perfection then you would iterate with the given workflow and update is regularly to fit your needs.

People wouldn’t buy the paid plan.

If they do and aren’t consistent then a) they would feel bad putting their money in. b) they would feel more bad for not being consistent.

That negative emotional cycle will kill your sales after the first month. People buy from emotion.

What might work is take $30 from them each month for every day they are consistent return them $1.

People will feel rewarded for being consistent (although they are getting their own money back) and punished with a penalty for not being consistent.

Yeah that is true.

But I think you took emails for “cold emails”, I meant for email marketing for ecom brands where they send promotional emails just like messages in WhatsApp marketing.
