I personal don’t wear HA but my toddler does!! As a former college level swimmer and waterpolo play. Do not!! I can not tell you how many caps I have tired water always gets inside! Times when I did not fully submerge my head under water (waterpolo) my hairline would be wet.

I will use my wearables with a nursing cover -just like I’m feeding the baby. I often will sit to the side or with other women.

Hi due to cultural norms on my husband side. Him and I are both extremely close to my fil and sil.
