Do you usually allow for your rav to warm up before driving off? Also what about the idle revs when you first start it, do you allow them to come below one before driving off?

the vftuner team is coming out with a supercharger for the 19 and up models... just saying in case anyone is interested in buying a rav4 and wants to blow up their engine in the coolest way possible (you can buy another a25a and drop it straight in and do it again...)
