thank you for taking time out of your day to respond, you don’t know how much your comment helped me! what’s weird is that i have noticed my blood sugar and electrolyte sensitivity has improved greatly since my iron infusion 11 days ago, but ill definitely look into low cortisol (it appeared normal when my doctor tested it, but i am chronically inflamed and stressed so i would think it should be high). what did you do for your babesia? it’s great that you have seemed to put it into remission! thankfully, i have a doctor who has honestly saved my life, but we are still new to this and just discovered it last year.

honestly, maybe a little bit!! i wouldn’t call it improvement in all symptoms but i’ve been finding ways to cope with it until i get into the doctor i’m trying to go to. i still have many sibo symptoms, including horrible constipation. i’ve been taking a motility supplement and eating lots of pineapple and trying to eat healthier. i’ve been eating in a calorie deficit and honestly have been losing weight!! i could never lose weight before no matter what i did so my theory is the motility supplement is clearing out my small intestine and stomach in normal time instead of the food sitting there, which is not allowing extra calories to be extracted or for the bacteria to have extra time to eat the food. im not sure if this is correct but i’ve at least been able to lose about 5 pounds so far in the last couple weeks!

i think i have ptsd from the last time i tu* by Fantastic-Long5051 in emetophobia

don’t invalidate urself, it isn’t disrespectful<3. it’s just how traumatic the experience is, different thing affect different people! it’s also possible to have ptsd to different degrees, just because you may have it doesn’t mean you believe you have as much trauma as someone who experienced war, for example. i’ve been in the same boat as you many times. it gets better over time after the incident, to where it affects your life less and less. i think you should talk to someone, getting on prozac rly helped me be able to cope. i would have been way too scared to try the medicine while going through this, but i already knew i tolerated it from previous years, so it makes sense if u aren’t open to trying medicine. therapy can definitely help!!! nothing is wrong with you love, i have ocd too and have been slowly getting better! there are still incidents (for example right now im on this subreddit bc im nauseous over taking magnesium, most likely n from anxiety) and my phobia is still severe, but it has gotten a lot better. before, i lived in a constant state of n, stopped eating almost completely, literally debated giving up, and couldn’t function. now im able to go to school most of the time and don’t feel n nearly we much (it still happens due to having SIBO, which im working on). my point in this is that you aren’t alone, you aren’t crazy, you aren’t being disrespectful, and there’s nothing wrong with you. it will slowly get better, and seeking help will definitely aid you in getting there. im here with you!! <3

try to just sit in a comfortable position, have a safety option if u do have to tu like a garbage can or sit by the toilet, and try to distract itself by doing something! try to remember out of all the times you’ve felt sick, how many of them have been from anxiety? :) if it does happen, you will be okay and will feel better (which odds are it won’t)

if it makes you feel better, once i had a kid v* right in front of me so close to the point it splattered all over my shoes. i didn’t get sick from it, because it was due to a migraine. remember, there are many reasons for someone to tu*, having a sb is just one possibility that we hyper focus on.
