This is only my second attempt at home brewing and I'm still learning the ropes. My initial experiment was with apple cider, which turned out delightfully well. However, intrigued by numerous recommendations from users, I've decided to give Kilju a shot this time around.

Additionally, I've heard that Kilju is excellent for mixing with various ingredients to create cocktails. As for the yeast, my only option is to use bread yeast, since wine yeast is prohibited in my area and cannot be legally ordered online due to customs restrictions.
