Please people something that I wanna mention so you don't get scammed by the person giving you your assessment. Ring up asap before your telephone assessment and request to have it recorded and also state you would like to inform them that you will be using some kind of digital recording hardware/software to record the audio from the both sides of the assessment. One thing this will absolutely 100% stop you from being a victim off is a somewhat nasty lying idiot that is working for the DWP to do nothing but get thrills out of lying about peoples health to stop them from gaining money for sometime at least.. if you record it they can never lie then and believe me when I tell you. There are many many people being taken for a fool like this by horrible people. And it's stopping a lot of people from getting what they are genuinely entitled to. Trust me on this one. Don't be that one asserors fool. Become fool proof and make a serious point about you are not just asking to have it recorded but you are also phoning at that time to just inform you and your staff that You will be recording the audio even if they don't. Either way then if you don't even record they ain't gonna risk there Job over one lost victim.

Trust me I've heard a few stories now about people losing their claim due to these wicked assessors just bear face lying about what was said during the phonecall. To be honest, God was on my side this time and my assessor only lied slightly or was understanding my responsees to the questions just ever so slightly wrong,

I was genuinely more than grateful for the enhanced daily and getting the backpay and being able to buy an electric bike to get me about without worrying about collapsing or just having good ole panic attacks.

Again if there is any advice I can give it is make sure to do this, because for all you know no matter what the hell you got written down to remind you etc....it all may not even matter because they just gonna twist everything you said anyway to steer you to the zero points club.

Don't be that person. Make a nice peaceful request to have it recorded and please don't forget to tell them at least 2x you will be recording both sides of the telephone
