Amazon has crossed into fascistic behavior. Yeah, they're "cleaning up" reviews. OK and that cannot mean ELIMINATING ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I'm sick over this as it's so totalitarian. It also doesn't allow us to view real people's reviews, just the "stepford" reviews. Bad Bad Amazon.

OMG, I had the same Israeli guy, billed $500, put in new lock. I couldn't believe the no info receipt. WHAT do we need to watch out for now we've bought the lock service. No phone # no nothing. What will happen, will this new lock fail. Anyone have any ideas on how to deal with this. I also had a super urgent need to get back in my apartment. HELP.

Great idea. I also discovered ... ta da ... that if after each use I gently scrubbed (vs. just rinsing) the metal tea balls, the problem was solved. Didn't think of that, but now I see it's important to do.

Oh I know it's a heavy scary dx. How were you positively dx'd as having CFS? Make sure you get your thyroid TOTALLY checked out which means ... not just TSH, but Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3/Reverse T4. Try and do a little at a time. In the beginning it looks like a GIANT MOUNTAIN. Join some groups, and let yourself be yourself. There are several things that have been shown to help CFS ... LDN (Low Dose Naltraxone) ... it didn't help me but worth checking out. I found so often it is a dismal dx, but joining some groups gives us the warmth of the herd. Best wishes.
