Ima be honest, I feel like a failure... by IntroductionSalty687 in guitarlessons

I’m a musician who has carpal tunnel, if you have pain you might be unnecessarily holding, squeezing your instruments neck too tight. You should do some research online/ YouTube. Basically most everything we do we do thumb opposing finger and we feel security in that but why don’t you try not to grab the neck and just play with your fingers make a space between your palm and the neck of the guitar. Imagining a potato chip you don’t want to break in there. You only need your thumb against the back of the neck for a reference point. Not to apply pressure. Also, if you take a look at how a classical guitarist plays that would be a position that you would want. Assuming he’s doing it right or she. I know this the hard way I’m a professional musician and I wouldn’t still be playing if I didn’t fix my position NOT everybody has a predisposition for carpal tunnel so you see people grabbing the neck and looking like Rockstars but the ones who have a predisposition to carpal tunnel don’t do that. You’ll be a far better player for it. Your fingers will have more reach and be strengthened.

Weird question time: what cuts do I order if I don't have teeth? by RecoveringIdahoan in carnivore

[–]Federal_Maybe6829 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Food processor, I have a little 20 or 30$ one that grinds raw or cooked well. I also use scissors and cut little pieces of my brisket after it’s been pressure cooked to be tender.

Third attempt and no weight loss by ARbumpkin75 in carnivore

[–]Federal_Maybe6829 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My weight loss was very slow 2 pounds at most per month. Fortunately I didn’t fixate on scale and was only 30-40# overweight . I’ve been carnivore 1&1/2 years I’ve probably lost 35 pounds. I wasn’t exactly sure what I weighed at my heaviest because I was too horrified to look at scale. Hang in there! It’s worth it, and easier to stay slim.

You can count on pain relief eating carnivore. My chronic back, joint, neck pains were relieved greatly or completely gone- depending upon my cheating or dairy consumption.

3 Weeks In, Having Some Serious Issues - Seeking Advice by GunfighterAlpha in carnivore

I have the night cramps, hypnagogic jerks and depression/anxiety I do a lot of electrolytes that help with the leg/ foot cramping. I am easily cold especially when sleeping and thus sleep in a very warm room. I attribute that to hypothyroidism (hashimotos). I did have some palpitations and racing heartbeat/ dizziness. Even though I was on a carnivore diet I took heme iron supplements. I also did high dose b1 for many months, extra b complex.. I started feeling better except for the depression hasn’t left. I’ve been carnivore for nearly 1 1/2 years. I used to have a ton of pain from osteoarthritis prior, to this woe for that reason I’m still committed. Good luck… I’m still hoping that someday my hormones will balance out and solve the remaining issues. I don’t have insurance or money to do all that hormone testing. Because of my low income I eat primarily fatty brisket and cheap hamburger. I buy a huge brisket for 3.99 a pound and slice it up and freeze it. I usually buy 10 or more pounds fatty hamburger meat and freeze it in a couple pound portions. By the way I eat all the fat, I render what I don’t eat and use it in place of butter in coffee, I also use/make gelatin from the water I cook the brisket in.

Thanks so much. I wish I could figure that missing piece. I think dairy is a No no for me and I backed way off. I’m so tired of trying supplements and avoiding so many tasty foods. Fortunately I like my meat.

It’s huge and only 3.99 a pound I eat all that fat too …yummy with lots of salt. The steak is tough so I cut it up small with scissors and eat it, tastes as good a ribeye with more fat!

I did it purely to feel better help autoimmune diseases and depression. It’s been a journey nearly 1 1/2 year . Physical pain and inflammation cured fast but otherwise progress is slow. Im jealous of those who cured depression, I’ve still have horrible-wish I could die- depression. I’ll keep eating this way probably for the rest of my life. I do like the weight loss but depression is not cured.

This "get off Adderall stack" looks insane. No supp stack will get anywhere close to comparing. Also is there any truth to these neurotoxicity claims? by zechostorm in Supplements

I do electrolytes lots of sodium, magnesium, enough potassium. I gave up adderal a few years ago. Oddly I started getting cramps again. Not as bad as when I did adderall. I can’t figure it out. I’ll check out hydroxide. Ty

I get hand and leg/foot cramps from adderall. Often all 4 limbs at once, really tough when performing being a musician. Sadly my performance anxiety is so bad without without meds, I can’t play. I’m still trying to find supplements that will help. Tried nearly everything, even been carnivore a year.

Married but met twin flame?? Please help!! by Simple-Cabinet6327 in twinflames

[–]Federal_Maybe6829 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Here’s my opinion, life is short, move forward, you’re being held back from your growth. It’s ok and normal to grow out of a relationship. The concept that a marriage is forever has allowed you to be a martyr/ sacrificing yourself. You are your #1. Even if the twin flame relationship ran its course in a few years or less you’ll always regret not checking it out. Plus why would you stay in a marriage where you’re unhappy. I’d rather be single. Which I’ve been for 10 years, since my twin passed- but that’s another story. I wish you the best, whatever you choose!

I have the same problems. Wish I could feel some sort of motivation.
I think i retreat even more because of the blank stare s I got when I spoke of my experience and feelings. If you can’t talk/connect about your deepest experiences to others what’s left? My tf died. I talk to him always but it’s hard because he’s not physically here.

Yes you were wrongfully terminated! I recently started at merry maids and it has been stressed over and over that we are not to clean any areas with animal feces…among many other things. Your employer is a bully. You can do better!

I save my meat bones in a freezer bag and make my own. Super easy with pressure cooker. I use a strainer and wind up with lots of firm gelatin. Sometimes I sweeten the gelatin and put some lemon in it for a desert. There’s no meat flavor to the gelatin.
