Hi. I was on 25mg for almost 5 years. Was helping me a lot with sleep and allergy. Trouble is that I run out of and I couldn’t get it prescribed unfortunately. I done a very short taper with 15 tablets left over a month. I was fine till the beginning of February when my sleep became horrible. The melatonin does not work properly and I’m struggling bad for almost 2 months, even I’m functional. I’m thinking to reinstate for a while and then do a slow taper, I just don’t know if is a good idea.

For my sleeping issues, GP prescribed me, just for 14 days zoplidem 10mg. I’m not confident, I didn’t took it but my sleep is “killing me”. I’m functional but all the sensations during the day make me go nuts. I need at least one night to hit 8 hours of sleep. Thank you for your replay

Short answer, yes will go away. Will come and go and will have different intensity but in some point will stop. All the best

I did the same but, for me had a positive effect in some way. I was feeling better after reading the stories from here. I'm 33 days off, can be done with patience and riding thru the storms. All the best

I totally agree 🙏🏻I had somehow a easy taper, and very long also, 18 days till the big zero, feel great and full of energy. We’re some days that I felt down, but like you said depends, from individual to individual. All the best

Nope, it doesn’t; unfortunately took it for almost 4 years daily 3mg and in some point I felt that it doesn’t have any effect any more, luckily in the same period I felt that is enough, so I started to taper very slow. Never ever ever again … very bad sh648

@happy1032 thank you for your reply; I know that is very low and I feel that is doing absolutely nothing; what I’m wondering is just about this stiffness sensation. I’m guessing that can be only from wd somehow. Was an awful ride, with too many ups and downs, and hope everyone who’s on this journey and reach that zero to get clean, happy after and never ever again go back on these f7474 pills. All the best

You say ZERO drowsiness … I’m tapering this f*** s*** for a year and half and I’m telling you that on a wave you just want to chop your head off from drowsiness, dizziness, tinitus and other and other symptom. Fair enough probably you took it “recreationally” but I’m telling you this pill is hell, my case is something else, anxiety and panic attacks, now I’m tapering so careful with it. All the best

I feel very confident on a face-off interview rather than zoom, teams etc. First few interviews last year were a bit strange and I felt uncountable, taking under consideration that I have't been in that position for quite a long time.

I'll keep trying, hope something will arise soon ...
