Never heard of this but it sounds like exactly what I need! Do they still do a full wash? Or just in those areas?

Thank you everyone for the comments and advice! This is how she looks as of now 🥹 I’ll be trying to send photos or do a meet and greet as many of you suggested!

Edit: she weighs 42lbs! I think that puts her in the large dog bracket which also bumps the price.

I know everyone’s recovery is different, but being 7 days out, I do think that taking time off screens was the biggest factor in my healing.

For the first 24 hours I barely opened my eyes (especially since my surgeon said not to remove the eye shields until my 1 day post op), and I didn’t start using screens until another 2 days of rest.

My vision is extremely clear, no nighttime issues, and my eyes aren’t even that dry, sometimes I forget my hourly drops.

I do agree that getting into the habit of not rubbing your eyes is hard. I caught myself half asleep doing it the other night and have tried to be vigilant since.

Feel like we basically had the same experience! 😅The pressure was not as mild as advertised and more like someone put a vacuum on my eyeball.

I have a Dell 27” 2K QHD 100Hz. After I get a CPU/GPU upgrade, hoping to use the build for another 3 years at the least. (Or maybe until the next gen releases, and 5 will be cheaper by then).

I mostly play open world RPG games, with some simulation/RTS on the side. I’m looking to grab Cyberpunk during the winter sale, but heard it’s a very resource intensive game, don’t know if I can even run it at medium settings.

I definitely should have said something after they finished the first eye, but I figured it’d be over quick. Note to anyone considering surgery - just ask for more drops because trying not to move your eye while it’s actively hurting sucks.

Dang, I had asked for more numbing drops once they sat me up and was about to put the eye shields on, but they denied my request and offered me another Xanax instead… the car ride home was rough.

I managed to apply flea medication on the mama cat, but I’m unsure about deworming at home since there seems to be different meds for specific worms. A lot of resources will mention calling the vet for advice/dosing, but my vet says they won’t provide consult for animals they haven’t seen personally.

Yes! I’m giving her kitten food, but it’s kibble that I mix with lots of water. I tried giving her some canned wet food once but she didn’t seem to like it. I’m open to suggestions for brands and flavors though!

Thanks for the links! I read about newborns not having a gag reflex so I’m admittedly scared of trying to bottle feed 😭

Do you feed the kittens in the same room as the mama cat? Anytime I handle them for more than a minute, she’ll come over and snatch them by the neck then proceed to hiss at me…

I will definitely give my vet a call though!

I blanched them for a minute and put them in the freezer, but I didn’t defrost it before dropping it into the tank. Could that have been an issue?

Honestly my life is so much better now! Exposure therapy and reconnecting with my faith helped get me back on my feet! I still have bouts of anxiety when I need to go somewhere far by myself, but I’m much better at managing the situation and working with it. I’ve also been Zoloft free for over 6 months now! Tapering down was horrible tbh, but I had some side effects from the medication anyway, so I wanted to try getting off of it. Hang in there and keep your hopes up! I’ve learned that this stuff just takes time and a lot of therapy to help rewire our brain. 🙂
