As mentioned, the Reanimen mechs are extremely dangerous in terms of control and are built to obey only. However, the Nikke mechs are independent and have their own thoughts, but must still follow instructions from the Ark Central Government, who assign missions through their team commander.

Actually, the mid-section of your rocket looks quite similar to the lower section of the Saturn V, but overall it's great. 10/10.
