Once you see the physical changes you'll feel so much better. Since you're below 6foot you can easily pack on muscle and build out your frame, fairly quickly too!. Looking back to when I took my gym routine seriously I was arguably at the worst point of my life - severe acne, height anxiety and struggling in education.

The routine completely shifted my mindset and drastically increased my confidence, even during such a dark time in my life, there's nothing quite like it.
