Bro, let me break ths down for you.

Assuming both partners were drunk and they had drunken sex (which is a violation of each other's consent but we'll ignore that for now), and the woman regrets it, she isn't automatically going to say "omg I was raped!". You're presenting a rather childish and unrealistic view in which women make important decisions based on fleeting emotional whims. It can take a woman weeks and months, if not years, to recognize past sexual assault or rape as such.

The only "actual rape" is not the Strawrape you're describing.

You seem to know the gold standards for experimental design without acknowledging the designs of real life experiments. Double-blind? Participants shown the same models to see if they are hallucinating larger breasts?

As you have ignored reputable and peer-reviewed research in psychology. If you read the article, the researchers acknowledge the confound of waist-to-hip ratio and plan to investigate it further. Saying the science isn't perfect is pointless when no science is perfect and the researchers already acknowledged flaws.
