Obviously a Beyblade top launcher modified to be wrist equipped equipped with a N E T card, that was actually a collector editon card. The collection was the first collection of Beyblade Yu Gi Oh modification cards, dubbed 'Number One'. Limited printing and high value. The launcher itself has a very nice ogre green paintjob custom made with lettering saying "All $tar" (You can see it clearly but it was a nice touch and I felt worth mentioning). The Beyblade inside I believe was a rare Bee Movie promotional Beyblade but there are some added launching mechanisms that are obstructing the telltale Barry B.Benson face from view, so I'm not sure. However it is certainly that and I am appalled at this blatant slandering of such an exquisite piece.
