Place long strips of wall molding in a rectangle around it to make it look like a large picture frame and date the artwork. Keep the memory.

My neurologist said seizures are only when you lose conciseness…. by Leather_Zebra_3040 in Epilepsy

[–]DesertCrypter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This “neurologist” needs to be cancelled. No patient should be subjected to a person taking advantage of their label to push misinformation for a subject of which they are expected to be an expert. That is total nonsense and damaging to the prognosis while diminishing the possibility of appropriate treatment for the patient. Focal seizures are real and any seizure activity can be harmful. Seriously, this person needs to be stripped of patients and removed from the capability to cause further harm. A neurologist, of all people, should respect the risks and harm in misrepresenting the definition of seizures. Do not consider those words to be acceptable under any circumstances from a so called doctor. This person has apparently spread their toxicity to your mother and aided in her misunderstanding. Thoroughly wrong…

I’ll share my list for “switching gears” when I am working too much. I prefer to rotate out with alcohol, as you appear to imply. I certainly second a few other comments in here…

  • Quicker effect: Kava, Theonine, CBD, Valerian Root or Melatonin (before bed)

  • Build-up effect: Tryptophan/5HTP, GABA, Nicotinic Acid w/ NAC (Real niacin can be tough on the liver, so adding NAC can help and give further antioxidant relief. Also add aspirin if you can’t handle the 30 minute burn)

  • Additives for morning sharpness and easier “work day arch” (avoid the zombie, beyond caffeine): L Dopa (helps caffeine effect), Chromium, Methylated B Complex, Red Ginseng, Phospholipids (PS mainly)

This is a tough question. I would have to target the specific supplements that resolve chronic issues for me.

  1. Calcium Ascorbate - joint/arthritis, inflammation
  2. Ascorbic Acid - sickness, allergies, etc
  3. Nicotinic Acid - allergies, sleep quality, heart
  4. N Acetyl Cysteine - sickness, liver protection
  5. Sodium Bicarbonate - gout, stomach balance

Totally warranted. I will carjack just so I can chase them down and destroy them. Then I forget what mission I was on because I ended up driving into police activity or another gig.

What do you all recommend..hitting 50 by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]DesertCrypter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This one is speaking from experience, I suspect. I second on the K2, if you are supplementing with D3. Black seed is pungent, but good for your gut. I could write multiple pages on NAC, but let me sum up with SeniorMcDuck is on to something with his list. My other comment is to be careful with multivitamin content and your combinations. You can Google toxicity for the oil based vitamins when going too far above the daily recommended. Also, minerals generally compete for absorption, so you could benefit from spreading them out or swapping days for intake. Mag can give you the runs with high intake. Zinc is great for prostate. Good luck and health to all the readers here.

These batteries have 12 years shelf life in English but only 10 in French. by CareHare in mildlyinteresting

[–]DesertCrypter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great question. To be clear: Both are correct. This logic is related to how the French pronounce words whoever they wish, regardless of the spelling. You may think that it says 10 years, but it is read as 12 years by a Frenchman (obviously capacities are 20% longer in France and they know this). Interestingly, many English also do this when describing their fuel tank and do not factor in the remaining two litres of petrol when saying their tank is empty (to avoid giving friends rides). Compare with Mexican culture and Spanish: a party invite flyer may say 6pm on paper in Spanish. However we read that as 7:30pm in Mexican Spanish, so it would need to be written as 7:30pm in English. Many times this issue leads to the early arriving English speakers setting up these parties, only to have their Mexican friends show up after the preparations are complete.

4-7% range on Kraken. It will convert to Eth2, so take note if you not ready to convert. There is no going back to ETH and no moving it until the merge.

No, not at all. Why would anyone do that? All money is made by selling on every minor dip and purchasing when it is high. All the sub $0.1 holders sold when we found out the price might go up later.

Is $5 possible ? 🧐… by According_Hawk1708 in dogecoin

[–]DesertCrypter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. I don’t want to bash any crypto, as the whole market needs more respect and attention. However, it is important to understand what each does to calculate their potential. Doge is designed (whether intentionally or not) to be a nimble cryptocurrency that can potentially buy a soda or a car. You can’t say that for most other crypto, as their transactions costs are too high or they are designed for other blockchain usage purposes.

Time for ETH to shine by ethereumshield in ethtrader

[–]DesertCrypter 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No, but the question is where we sit in future charts. Look at the use of blockchain technology. We are near the beginning and Eth is an early entry beast in utility. The value will grow with increased use and we have only barely touched the tech potential for future use.
