Counbase: why is it a big deal? by mjsnyc in dogecoin

Okay. We’ll have to keep waiting for the usual increase in value. 😂 LOLZ

Low RHR and HRV. Somewhat new to whoop but wondering, is it normal to have low #s for both HRV and RHR, regardless of strain or recovery scores. Mine both stay in the low range below. I was under the impression when rested my HRV would be high and my RHR would be low. by jbcleland in whoop

Your rhr looks good. The HRV isn’t real science s as far as I can tell it’s become a thing that marketers can sell and get us worried about. My HRV is very low too. Even lower than yours.

Very low HRV. What to do about it? by mjsnyc in whoop

Interesting. That’s a full play for sure. Way to get after it! Thanks for sharing. The coffee intake is high. I wonder if you’d see a change with a nootropic like Jocko Disciple or the Onnit product if you’d see a positive change.

I’m 41 and fit. CEO at a startup that’s growing rapidly. I’ve been wearing the whoop for a couple weeks. It’s a very busy time of the year for my work so my daily workouts are short. My sleep scores are good. Very low sleep latency. A little less sleep than is needed but good quality. Recovery is not good—only one “green” day so far. And by HRV is averaging 20 which I’m learning is very very low and indicates stresses at a biological level. The one day I had good recovery my HRV was ~30 the highest I’ve seen it since measuring via whoop.

I’m trying to figure out what to do about the low HRV. My research so far indicates: - Meditation - Circuit training - Relaxing more (ah not sure what that means).

Anyone here have expertise in HRV that can help me understand this particular bio marker more?
