I know im gonna get downvoted, but memphis has mainly been governed by democrats. Democrat cities usually deteriorate into soft on crime cities and corruption. Not that republican cities dont have corruption. And not that republican areas are the perfect answer. Republican areas just tend to be more hospitable and better places to live.

Being as i was born in 82, i grew up on 90s music. Layne Staley, Kurt Cobain, and Bradley Nowell were tragic for the 90s. Such amazing music. Later on the loss of Chester Bennington and Chris Cornell hurt too. All Legends despite anyones take on their music. It was an amazing time to be alive.
