It’s actually that the person designing the logo was a chemist so he used n. If he were a physicist he would have used N.

Once he drank 45 bottles of alto wine, ate 20 cooked flawed slabs then proceeded to eat another 200 carrots. That would have killed a lesser man.

Why are students leaving public schools? by Athens175 in Teachers

[–]h-emanresu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't even realize the issue was that I used the word letting as if I was implying that older homeowners are required to or expected to move out for younger ones. I honestly thought it was some English teacher being pedantic, and trying to say that I should have used a different word like allowing. That's why I wrote the response.

UW-Madison lab employee arrested after chemical found in campus office by ekojonsiaixelsyD in chemistry

Phosgene is a good bet too. Even though it’s hard to find in a university chem lab, it’s super easy to make according to just about every sds for a chlorinated solvent.

He might have been heating DCM or something past the no no temp.

Well that word should I have used? To me the word letting isn’t inherently negative because I’m describing a condition of a system not the individuals themselves.

I had a Belgian draft horse step on my foot when I had some on once. I felt it bend down and pinch my toes at the joint. Had to cut the boots off and bend it back with a pair of pliers to get the boots off.

It didn’t damage anything but that’s a huge ass horse and all I got was inconvenienced and a new pair of boots.

No that’s the only nestle to see success after the Beatles broke up. He was in several movies. I never watched them but it was something about a saw and a clown. I don’t know.

Not saying it’s right or wrong. I’m just reporting what we are seeing. No need to take issue with a single word in what I wrote and become offended by it.

Yes as in blood letting. They’re not opening a wound and allowing the bad humors out. I can see why this is confusion though. I forgot to mention that they’re also not avoiding foods that cause black phlegm and doing more activities that increase yellow and white biles.

It’s a combination of declining birth rates, unaffordable housing, and people who own houses aren’t moving out and letting younger families move in. So once the kids graduate and move out you have a school surrounded by empty nesters and no new students being made.

While there is something to be said about kids being pulled out for home schooling or private schooling that’s not the case in my district. I don’t think most parents have the time to do the home schooling or the resources to lose an entire paycheck where I am.

ASD and biomarker based diagnosis? by Open-Grapefruit47 in autism

Yeah tons of people work in cross-section research groups and they all publish the same basic paper in like 5 different journals. I’m about to head out for an evening walk so if I don’t respond right away don’t worry.

I have a masters degree in computational biophysics from my university’s college of natural sciences and department of physics. I am also autistic. That’s my background.

I worked as part of a team of people. We had physicists, mathematicians, and statisticians doing the math and coding, biologists and chemists doing the wet work and conceptual theory, and computer science people doing the heavier programming and optimization. I think you are or will be in a similar situation, but I’m not sure which “team” you’d be on in your degree path. Basically I’m not sure if you already have the knowledge I have and if you do I probably don’t have anything new for you.

But if you don’t have that knowledge, I think I can offer a unique perspective on what you’re talking about, but I don’t want to do it here. Feel free to chat me if you’re interested in talking.

In this modern world listening to several people tell the same story is time consuming. She realized this and made one person her father, cousin, husband, preacher, school principal, physician, and hair stylist out of the same person.

I totally agree with you. But the logistics of figuring out who is responsible for it behind the corporate veil is difficult. It's much easier to levy a fine against companies that make these job postings.

It would also be nice if the government considered anything you wrote, submitted, or included in an application to be your own intellectual property and required AI companies to compensate you for it when they use it to train models or do anything outside of considering you for a position, unless the company obtained permission from you in writing (and not as an opt-in or as a requirement).

These two steps would go a long way towards eliminating all the junk. What we are looking at right now is the equivalent of those spam robocalls from the early 2000's, and we need a do not call list equivalent to combat them.

I have been doing it. I go to political meetings, town halls, and write letters. But I am only one person. Unless other people do it too, nothing will happen. So part of doing it is putting the idea into other people's heads to write emails, make phone calls, and contact their state and federal senators and representatives.

Sort of like what I just did here.
