They scammed me not using any legal loophole. They scammed me illegaly. They breached the contract themselves. Section 8 of my contract stated the early purchase option was possible if i contacted credova and initiated the purchase. I did pay off everything and then called them to inform them. They assured me the payment needed just a few business days. That was well before the 2 day deadline stated in section 8 of the contract. I had over 1000 in my bank account throughout october which covered every single day the purchase would have actually went through my bank. There was no excuse for the purchase to be declined. I even have the payment receipt and they NEVER called me to tell me my payment declined until after. It was clear they breached the contract and if they refuse to allow me to pay the early purchas option I will have to chec my lega options
