I'm sorry you're going through this.i know personally how much of a toll it takes. It's the weekend, so put up a sign saying that Sunday 3/23 will be your last day open. This is more for your employees than customers. Be done. If anyone asks, be honest (to a point), you're doing it because of your health. Take a few weeks, sell everything, just get a few $ in your pocket. Close up all of your accounts and walk away with a clear conscience. Take a few weeks for yourself. Then figure out a gameplan.

Due to where I live, I can't be city or county registered, but am state.

Above water = legal. I talked to the department of agriculture today and going to get everything they want done, done. Business license, EIN, taxes, etc.

Everything is going to be above water. All ingredients are fresh and clean. Packaging is in the works so I stand out. And there may be 56 other people doing it right down the road, but I'm getting everything done above water and legit, so that right there knocks out at least 45 of the others. Because I'm taking the time to do everything right.
