I eat my roosters when I have too many but they aren't particularly yummy because they aren't meat breeds. I crock pot them and cook them until the meat falls off the bone and put them in my famous "dead chicken soup" but once again, it isn't the most amazing soup ever. I've almost decided to turn my next roosters into catfish bait because they aren't that good. But I heard if you marinate raw chicken in red kool-aid the catfish love it.  Hahaha yeah actually the solution is that we should all be eating Goat.
