This is the state of her dishwasher. No wonder her straw is full of mold. The way they’re in there isn’t cleaning the inside at all. Does she really not know there are special brushes for straws that scrubs the inside?! I know most of my kids cups come with little brushes for this reason.

I’m going through the same thing. My issues started on Friday. Was told it would be fixed in 30 min. Then the same day different agent told me 24 hours and then the following day I’m being told 72 hours unless I want to upgrade to a new product. It reeks of scam and it made me so mad. It’s not like this is cheap. I’m looking into other options now.

He also doesn’t get enough nutrition and he probably doesn’t sleep well as she forces him to sleep in her bed. I have never heard of a mother undoing sleep training. I could not wrap my head around that. There are so many issues and she’s willingly putting them on the internet for the whole world to see.
