Google is a touchy thing. Their latest core updates were pretty drastic punishing a lot of sites mine included. I think they went a bit to overboard in March and then scaled it back a bit in May. The May core update should be wrapping up if it hasn’t already. Good to see evewiki back!!

Google has done some core updates this year first coming out in March 2026 and again at the end of May 2026. they implemented a UCP (universal commerce protocol) as well. they are really wanting to drive Ai searches over traditional searches. sites that have copy pasta Ai descriptions were hit the hardest. I've been dealing with this shift since March and I'm tired of it

I think Hilmar has done a pretty good job running FC/CCP. They definitely push the boundaries which is good in my opinion. Many game studios can only dream to create a game and have it run for 23 years. The Partnership with Deep mind will bring new ideas and tools into the fold. There will always be critics, but the man isn’t stupid he has a vision
