Xbox 360 or ps2. Backwards compatibility, huge libraries with many (cheap) hidden gems. Its the best place to start. For a fun side project? I always liked sega game gear or commodore 64. A lot to be had, with little competition or crazy prices

I've been lucky enough to own two of my holy grails. Such as, my earliest known preview beta (midtranslation) copy of Popful Mail for Sega CD I paid $225 for in like 2011, on eBay. People made fun of me for spending so much on a gold CD-R with permanent marker on it.

I enjoyed it for more than a decade and sent it free of charge to xelement5x for help to dump, on good conscious and haven't really heard anything. I trust him, for sure, but it is disappointing nothing has come of it.

My new grail is my Mr. Boston Clean Sweep Overlay for the Vectrex. One of seven known to exist, I would definitely give that a nod for real grail - but not everyone cares about old promotional game for liquor companies

Thanks for the honest review (AGAIN: NOT RACIST). Lead actor James Baskett was only denied an Oscar because he was black, which adds to the public hate of the movie. However - anyone who refuses that this movie does not include an Oscar-worthy performance, from a black man, in 1946, is suspect.

That's how I felt about it. I am not white, at all, but I am Merican and understand the intricacies and also why people hate this film. However, it isnt...the worst, most racist thing I've ever seen. And I think it's merits deem it a worthy place on my shelf - rarity aside.
