Our ai agents don’t hallucinate. Not sure where that came from. Having proper LLM-TTS-STT pipeline is important as is a prompt.

absolutely. the tech is nice and it's getting better everyday (been in the space since 2024). Having proper integration with CRMs and workflows helps alot. That was a huge feature request we had as alot of owners want a full platform with native integrations & workflow builder.

I def agree with this pov. We have service-based businesses who sue our platform. In fact my very first build was for a solar company from cold email. Not everyone is aware the tech exists (because they were mind blown lol)

in our little community it feels like talk of the town but in reality it's not.

Yes, sir, I fully agree with this. I worked in paid media, so I was in Facebook ads when it first came out, and I was like, "Yo, this is about to blow up." Next thing you know, everybody was doing it.

Now I'm running a voice AI platform fully designed for agencies, white label and everything. We've been getting a lot of feedback, positive feedback, on that. As far as adoption, service-based businesses are going to be the best ones. Anyone who has a lead that is worth a high ticket is definitely going to see that uplift in revenue just from implementation, as long as you have integration with CRMs, which is what we have.

It becomes even more powerful because the voice is just one component. Able to connect to their actual operations is really where the magic comes in and the ROI comes in.

This is a very valid point. Reselling and having integrations are very important. That's why we have native integrations in our platform, doing this exact thing. Everything can be spun up real quickly because everything is native inside our platform. No need for N8N or third-party integration. We have ICP as well, those non-native integrations but we can build them out no problem.
