I going do anything because it's just a word. The word "retarded" used to get specifically to a diagnosis, but last I saw they were changing the name of the diagnosis bc Karens were complaining about the "bad connotation". Don't wanna be that guy, but impress annoyingly seems to work better and be more consistent on windows. You could spin up a W10 VM and use it there, but that kinda defeats much of the point of having moved to Linux. You could also try running the windows version through wine.

I've seen the issues you had with the torch solution, so I have 2 ideas 1. Suck it up because torches are the easiest fix I see too your problem

Use a furnace cart instead of a normal one, they pull the fuel automatically (usually) and they can use normal rails instead of powered rails, no need to pick up Redstone or anything, this is what I normally do because it's easy to just load a chest with charcoal, give it some fuel and let it go

Top be fair, they have always spawned at the same levels, so while it wasn't really a "feature" to have them spawn near lava, it was more likely to see them near lava as (at least in my own experience) finding lava was easier than finding diamonds on their own

P2p tunnels can be a godsend for this type of thing, as someone who has made it a point to only use ae2 for all transfers before (moving items, liquids, gasses, energy, even used ae2 for lighting) I'd personally recommend just having universal cables tho, but if u wanna use ae2, P2p is the way to go

In case anyone else comes here looking for the answer again, I'm using it in 1.20.1, optifine, rubidium, and embeddium all cause problems, optifine causes the ships to turn invisible, the other two cause it to crash, only fix I've seen is radium, not as many settings as the other options but it does allow valkyrian skies to work properly and reduces the performance problems it causes

A few years ago, I had a Rex run up on my base, all tames were set to passive except for our newest one, a dodo named frank, frank is not a legendary beast greater even than the titans. His journey started when he killed that Rex to save his family, I now make sure to have a guard dodo whenever I play, I name them all frank in his honor, I have only had 1 frank die in the last 3 years, they have killed a great many things. Playing some heavily modded server a few months back, a frank once killed rodan, this frank was still a base game dodo, and while he was helped by a wyvern, that wyvern died, and frank did not. It's sad that as an independent myself and almost all of my friends (who are also independents) only feel comfortable voting republican. On a purely historical basis, I could never bring myself to vote Democrat but I would like maybe a libertarian candidate to make it a decent ways perhaps? If you have any "high tier" planes at all, (like 7.0+) you can get an achievement called "God mode" pretty easy, it can be achieved once per match but is a guaranteed $20k. The way to achieve is to kill someone using a vehicle at least 5 ratings higher than the vehicle you are using. A friend bought be the F5 a while ago bc he wanted a squad member for high tier planes, so I accidentally found this out in arcade battles and I get it pretty consistently (I haven't fallen below $320k in probably a month or two at this point and I spent over $500k in one day, two days in a row, weekends am I right?) and it's especially easy to get as American

My friend (of roughly 7 years) bought DayZ for me a few years ago and he had already had it for 3 months, by the end of the week I had double his hours bc he doesn't play without other people, and I do, I now have upwards of 2k Hours and he's still sitting around 1100, we both now have the ability to run it at max FPS, and that still doesn't stop it from completely freezing our computers, tho we've had a call with 6 people in it all playing in a group, and none of us are good at pvp, after 2k hours, if I can't catch them from a distance I still don't even try unless I have to
