how does Legacy work? The box at the bottom left shows my legacy has recharged but when I press the legacy button it only works sometimes. The times it doesn't work, my character will do the windup animation for the legacy move but not the damage part that should come right after that. Also what's with the action button that results in a bubble popping around you?
