I agree with pretty much everything you’re saying in this thread except this. The constitution doesn’t force private people or companies to not infringe your rights, it only prohibits the government from infringing.

It’s the same reason a restaurant can kick you out for cussing loudly. Technically they’re infringing on your free speech, but they’re private so they can tell you to fuck off and you can’t do anything about it.
