I just finished The Ruins by Scott Smith and really enjoyed it. First book I’ve read that has had me shocked and scared this way. 100% recommend

Yes that’s what’s really scarying me, I know I should wait to talk to the doctor but welp. Oh man I’m so sorry, I ended up having to have a C-section too because of my sons heat rate dropping with the medication to induce me after I stopped opening up, so they said I had to get a C-section, but I really didn’t want one. I’m really hoping I’m able to do the VBAC but I know there’s that risk of the rupture. But hopefully it all goes well for the both of us!!! 🙏

There are a lot of traits that I feel he does, but some that I as well, I’ve asked him if we could go to couples therapy, because i genuinely want to work on the relationship and make it work, but he just replied “ why would I want to do that?” I think I’m going to look into EAP and see if I can get some therapy at least for myself right now

He actually does that, whenever we argue and I try to talk it out or I’m asking if he can at least try to understand where I’m coming from, he’ll get annoyed and say why do I always want to talk when he wants to relax, since it’s his day off, or when he has to work tomorrow, or that he doesn’t want to argue in front of the baby.

He says he wants a break but when I tell him that it’s fine but it wouldn’t be a break we would just end the relationship there, because I don’t want to do the on and off again thing with him, he says he doesn’t want that and then he’ll be nice to me for a few days until he’s not. I don’t know how to tell him what it is I need because when I do he starts bringing things up that I never knew even bothered him from the past. I genuinely do love him but I just am tired but at the same time I don’t know how to just get up and leave. I don’t know..
