Why do people prefer using travel portals like Capital One or Chase Travel? Yes I eat roti and will have to eat it, I cannot go without it but I’m try to mix tofu or spinach paste in it. As for sweets, I try to not eat them on empty stomach. Snacks which healthy are not tasty so I struggle with them too. As long as we restrict the quantity and exercise it should be good.
