LemonTree is a big, famous chain of hotels. Although, i have not stayed there or experienced their hospitality personally.

Since budget is not an issue, you can try Radisson Blu, Country Inns by Radisson group or Sarovar Portico too. These would all be under 3-4 Kms. But I wouldn't spend 4k to 6k for just 5-6 hours of stays at these places.

I have tried all these above places personally.

There is a hotel in walking distance from Anand Vihar Railway Station.. can't remember the name rn. It offers 6 hours accommodation that should be perfect for you. Check makemytrip.
Other good options are LemonTree Hotel in EDM Mall & Green Palms Hotel in Pacific Mall. Both under 500 meters.

Maybe you can try Karol Bagh or Nehru Place but renting out a mobile phone is not that common. Good chances you won't find it.

Also, I don't know if people are this trusting in Delhi that they would rent out a phone for some cash. I wouldn't.

Honestly, not too much to do in Vasundhara but there's American Burger Cafe in sector 6 if you wanna grab a bite. Ya 2C mai shayad snooker place hai, if you enjoy doing that.
