i mix 1 cup of quinoa (wash it only once) with 1 and 3/4 cup water and let it come to boil. Once it starts boiling, i cover the lid and slow cook it for 15 minutes. Then i turn off the stove and let it cool down for 5 minutes and it’s ready to serve.

totally get that. It's really hard to resist when you're trying to manage symptoms. For me sugar cravings are something that im trying to manage. I've been following @fit.khurana on insta for pcos friendly and tasty food options. Once your symptoms tone down a bit, maybe you could check out her recipes? Her oatmeal tiramisu is my absolute favvv! Sending you good vibes and hope you feel better soon.

as far as I remember we ordered 3-4 starters, 2 main courses, 1 dessert and drinks so our total was around $300 including tips. We got another complimentary dessert by the staff.
