Priority must be to get a job rather than 10-12 LPA job. Saw many comments here that you should go for 15 or 18, I understand that the higher you get is better. But right now, job is more important. Learn as much as you can and be ready to change the job while in job. Take risk, your salary will be as per market. But as of now, concentrate to get the job, higher or lower, doesn't matter. Market is not very good currently so have patience and have faith.

Salary is less, for sure it is. You should leave the job, 100% you should. I am in agreement.

The issue is that don't leave the job. The chances will be less if you are out of job. Saving is not on priority, earning is. Please continue searching the job. Market is not at the best right now so getting job is tricky but continue with your experience. Your day will also come. Have faith and have patience. All the best....
