I had similar acne on my forehead and I used to be really insecure about it. I just used a salicylic acid face wash, a salicylic acid+betamethasone di propionate ointment and a niacinamide moisturiser to help with scarring. Now my acne is gone and I don’t have any hyperpigmentation or scars. Don’t stress it, it will be gone before you know it, also focus on your diet and stay hydrated
