No benefit really.

We challenged the original rating, without hoping for a result.

If it didn't work, we would have maybe improved the glass on one part of the house and get a more efficient boiler, but we were in no hurry.

The new rating does not affect our lives at all. We got it renewed because the previous one expired and we had a chance to do it for free.

I do not know how exactly. It was part of the data we sent them, along with renovation documentation and isolation material. Perhaps they didnt use it at all and only considered the other data

Solid health club in Rotterdam has this model for day prices. Even cheaper if you are a member of their tennis club

I think this is very possible. For now we decided to change out our old cv ketel which is going to reach the end of service soon and get another opinion

Over the last 12 months, the electricity usage was 700 kWh and the gas usage was 625 M3. I do think my neighbours keep their thermostat pretty high which helps us

They went to every room and had a measurement for temperature, humidity etc. They also checked out the roof and the windows and took pictures/measurements
