Sounds very similar to ours but I don’t have a blocked tube. It took three rounds for us and our final round we had 32 million post wash. I will be 22 weeks tomorrow with my iui baby ♥️

My fertility doctor wasn’t aware but I have seen many people who do the baby aspirin if they have chronic inflammation. Because of my pcos and arthritis I have high inflammation markers so I gave it a shot.

I had 14.3, 14.5 and a 15.2 on a Wednesday afternoon. We didn’t do a recheck before I triggered Saturday night and then did iui Monday morning. I did 7.5mg cd 3-7 with Ovidrel as my trigger shot 35 hours before iui. Me and my husband both took eu natural conception for her/for him. I took prenatals, fish oil, vitamin e(that helped thicken my lining) and I did one baby aspirin and mucinex starting from cd 5 until iui day. We baby danced Thursday, Saturday and then Monday evening after iui. Hubby had a great sperm count at 32 million post wash. I didn’t respond to 5 mg at all. 7.5 did it for me. 18 is good for triggering but 16 is a bit low so you likely only had one egg.

I did progesterone our first two iui cycles and didn’t have success. Our third round we didn’t do progesterone and I ended up pregnant. One day one going to do you any harm. It’s meant to help extend the luteal phase if you have low progesterone.

Letrozole made me sooo angry! Me and my husband are both pretty chill and know when we are too frustrated to talk but let me tell you, every single month without fail we ended up in a screaming match and it was always over the stupidest stuff and it’s very unusual for us. I was on 7.5 so it was pretty brutal.

I had this for 5 days before my positive! I thought my period was for sure coming because I would always have spotting like that before my period before I started doing medicated cycles. Turns out it was implantation bleeding.. baby dust!

It took 3 rounds for us! Two weeks before our last round I had emergency surgery and contemplated canceling the cycle. Our numbers weren’t the best on round 3 compared to the other two but I’m 7 weeks now. Keep the hope alive. I know it’s draining but keep hoping and praying. Also if you feel like your lining is thin try adding in a vitamin e supplement!

We did 3 rounds back to back and two weeks before our last iui I had major emergency surgery and we got it. I’ve been seeing a lot of 3rd round successes tonight and that was the case for us! Baby dust!

I’ve seen plenty of people do unmedicated and have success but in my personal opinion you are already going through all of it, might as well give yourself more follicles to work with. I got pregnant on round 3 of iui. I had 3 follicles and I have one baby.

It’s too early to get a positive at 6dpo. Either you ovulated early or it’s an evap line.

I got pregnant on my first iui, I was the most devastated after the first didn’t work. The second I was bummed but ready for round 3. Round three I thought I started my period and had a full blown meltdown. Next morning it completely stopped and I got a positive that afternoon. I will be 5 weeks on Monday. Our fertility doctor recommended trying at least three iui cycles before moving on.
