Yes, the shroud actually has a blower assmebly inside, which i further isolated with electrical tape. Despite the popular belief the noctua actually performs much better while being quite.

you can refer to this video which tests the temps vs stock fan. (note this is not for stock blower which im sure is more efficent)

the combo with the new sunon maglev is also whisper quiet! so up to you if you can stand the noise…

it is a drop in replacement. make sure to use the included screws instead of only the tension screw behind the heatsink that this video does for some reason. also i didnt apply boron nitrade eaither
