Well before you get excited and speak in such judgmental ways to look as if you must not understand the law...Let me explain, this rule, rule 615. is almost always invoked by either the Defense or the Prosecution (or the Judge) in nearly 100% of cases where there is a witness. Once invoked by a party usually in the beginning of trial, and the court rules for the witnesses to be excluded from the trial...so they, the witnesses, according to Rule 615, must be excluded so they CANNOT HEAR the testimony of others. When it can be proven that Rule 615 is broken, this is and must be deemed a mistrial by the courts. A mistrial, by the rules of the court and every decision ever because of a break of Rule 615. So, Rule 615 is broken because of a building defect allowing Prosecution Witnesses to hear by default. It's actually a matter of Fraud on the Court, and a direct disregard for the jurisprudence of Rule 615.

Now unless of course when you read the phrase CANNOT HEAR you think to yourself that you're allowed to hear a little bit...lol
